Shipment Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments will take extra time to process. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

*DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS, orders may be delayed by 4-5 business days on top of processing time and delivery times may be longer than usual. We thank you for your continued support and understanding.

Duties & Taxes

• Buyers are responsible for local duties, taxes and advancement fees at delivery in countries where applicable
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, tampered with or carrier delayed packages.

Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country [“ import Fees”]. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all import Fees. If you refuse a shipment from OHTNYC, you are responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges incurred.
