Shipping & Processing
Due to extreme demand during the holiday season, please note that there has been more delays than usual in shipping out orders and also sourcing materials to make our items. Many of our products are on back order and since we make everything by hand, please allow us additional time to make your pieces. We thank you so much for your patience and support!
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments will take extra time to process. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
For orders that are shipped internationally, the address must be in English. If not, the package is subject to getting sent back to us.
*DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS, orders may be delayed by 4-5 business days on top of processing time and delivery times may be longer than usual. We thank you for your continued support and understanding.

Duties & Taxes
• Buyers are responsible for local duties, taxes and advancement fees at delivery in countries where applicable
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, tampered with or carrier delayed packages.
Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country [“ import Fees”]. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all import Fees. If you refuse a shipment from OHTNYC, you are responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges incurred.
Refunds & Exchange
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your item arrived damaged, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 days for the credit to arrive on your account.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or purchases made using discount codes.
Please note that all item sizes and materials are listed under item description and we do not accept returns unless the item arrived defective or different than what is listed on the site.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.
