Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume in orders, shipments will take an additional 5-7 days to process. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
If you are an internationally customer we kindly ask that you format your address in English to avoid any delays at customs.

Duties & Taxes
• customers are responsible for local duties, taxes and advancement fees at delivery in countries where applicable • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, tampered with or carrier delayed packages.
Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country [“ import Fees”]. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all import Fees. If you refuse a shipment from OHTNYC, you are responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges incurred.
Refunds & Exchange
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return your product up to 14 days after delivery as long as your item is not a final sale item.
We do accept returns on sale items, gift cards or purchases made using discount codes.
Please note that all item sizes and materials are listed under item description and we do not accept returns unless the item arrived defective or different than what is listed on the site.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Cookies
By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with OHTNYC. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18559194120 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other OHTNYC mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.
