I won't post any photos cuz I'm ugly af, but I do love all the pieces I got! 10/10 will buy from y'all again. The necklace is really excellent quality, has a nice heft to it. And the logo on the lock is really hot. Def my favorite brand of jewelry that I’ve bought in a loooong time.

Let me start out by saying that I love this necklace. It's hefty, not a jewelry that looks heavy but is made with light material, and the design goes with so many things! The design is impeccable, and I'm really happy with the quality of the chain, the faux pearl, and the lock. I like how the OHTNYC logo is lightly displayed.

One of my favourite things was also how the clasp is! I have so much trouble with clasps, but this is a magnet backing so you just put it behind your neck and the magnet does the rest of the work. It's really efficient and amazing.
This magnet also seems to be this product's Achilles Heel. :( Recently, it's been coming off as the connection of the magnets are stronger than how the magnet was glue to the necklace. I'll just be sitting down and my necklace comes apart because the right magnet's detached itself from the necklace and stuck to the left magnet. The first time this happened, I just popped the magnet back and it was all fine. However, it keeps falling apart. I'm not doing any strenous activity wearing these, they fall apart when I'm just sitting down.

For the price of the necklace, I hoped that there would be nothing faulty with this necklace. It's been over 14 days too so I can't return for a repair. I'm really sad because this is my favourite necklace but I'm scared to wear it out since this keeps happening!
I'm not sure what to do-- I might super glue the magnet to the necklace, but I don't feel too great about super glue-ing a $90 necklace.

EDIT 03/07/2022: Once I posted a review within five minutes someone from OHTNYC reached out to me and offered to fix the clasp for me even if I had bought it past the 14 day repair date. They sent me a return label and within a week they had returned the fixed necklace to me!

Their customer care is one of the best customer service I'ver ever received! They were really kind to reach out even if they didn't need to, and the general kindness in the exchange made me really admire the brand even more.
